Shipping differs per item, all shipping details are described per item. In order to reuse as much material as possible and to save the environment, I often send the items in used cardboard, but I ensure that your item is sent safely. All shipments have a track and trace number.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can it be that an item that I order via the internet is not in stock?

Yes, that can happen. We do everything to prevent this as much as possible. However, it may happen that our inventory contains an error. Then you will be notified in time and your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.

We constantly monitor our range with the utmost care. We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. Unfortunately it can happen in exceptional cases that during the processing of your order it appears that a product is no longer in stock. If this is not possible, the purchase amount of the relevant product will be credited to you.
